The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a qualified lead pipeline, and contributing directly to our global growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Research & Identification- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients in need of IT staff augmentation services.- Utilize LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other tools to source contact information and pre-qualify leads.Outbound Outreach- Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach channels.- Effectively communicate WeAssemble's value proposition and initiate meaningful conversations.Pipeline Management- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.- Maintain accurate records of lead activities and status updates in CRM tools.Collaboration with Sales Teams- Coordinate with the sales team to seamlessly hand over qualified leads.- Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.Campaign Development- Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted lead generation campaigns.- Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.Networking- Represent WeAssemble at relevant webinars, conferences, and networking events to identify opportunities and build relationships.Key Skills & Qualifications :- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation within the IT staff augmentation industry, preferably targeting international markets.- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead sourcing platforms.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.Why Join Us ?- Work with a passionate and collaborative global team.- Be a part of a growing company where your contributions make a real impact.- Professional growth and learning opportunities in a fast-paced industry.
