STICK IT UP is a fast-growing D2C lifestyle brand, expanding from stickers into apparel and custom products. We're scaling aggressively and need a performance marketing pro who can manage high budgets profitably and move fast.What You'll Do:- Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.- Manage daily budgets of - 1L+ with a strict focus on ROAS and CPS targets.- Analyse campaign performance and proactively make data-driven changes.- Collaborate with our in-house creative team to test and optimise ad creatives.- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear action plans.What You'll Bring:- Must have managed - 30L+ monthly ad spend for a D2C/eCommerce brand.- Proven track record of achieving ROAS > 2.5 at scale.- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads, including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics.- Excellent data interpretation skills - can find problems and fix them fast.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Perks:- Work directly with the founder - fast decision-making, zero red tape.- Be part of a high-growth brand with apparel, custom products, and marketplace expansions.- Competitive salary + growth incentives.
