PolyWorks India is currently looking for an Application Specialist who embodies these qualities!This position consists of providing PolyWorks-related technical services to our clients and is based in Bengaluru. Rest assured, our team of experts will provide the best training to allow you to perform the following tasks: Responsibilities:

Gain an in-depth understanding of our solutions to offer basic and expert-level technical support to our customers
Provide our customers with training sessions, which normally last three to four days, to ensure that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes
Perform advanced software demonstrations that are adapted to the specific needs of our potential customers
Design, build, and implement solutions to automate complex workflows
Contribute to software customization projects to tailor solutions to client-specific needs
Participate in our marketing events, such as tradeshows, seminars, webinars, conferences, etc.
Pay strategic visits to clients in collaboration with technical management and sales.

This position is primarily home-based and requires frequent travel across the Indian territory. Qualifications:

Hold a university degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a similar field
Have at least 4 years of relevant experience regarding manufacturing processes in industries such as automotive, aeronautics, energy, and in 3D metrology environments, quality control, and production processes
Be available and willing to travel frequently
Display well-developed interpersonal skills
Be determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers
Demonstrate a strong interest for teamwork
Be proficient in written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
Possess programming skills (e.g., Matlab, Excel VBA, Python, C#, and/or others) and interest in software customization projects
Will be considered an asset: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software as well as design. Experience with CNC CMM programming.
