- Utilise data and metrics to measure the success of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and workforce planning.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
