• Oversee the complete marketing function reporting into a CXO
• Role involves managing brand marketing, channel marketing, PR and corporate communication
• Understanding of the life insurance or financial services as a industry is must
• Prior experience of overseeing rebranding exercises is critical to the role
• Should have managed a team and seen scale
• Experience of building out the marketing function from scratch is an added advantage
• Hands on marketing leader with strong connects with marketing mediums
• Regulatory understanding of marketing regulations is an added advantage

• 10-13 years of experience in marketing within retail financial services
• Strong connects across ATL/BTL/Digital marketing platforms
• A track record managing frugal and effective marketing campaigns
• Full time MBA is mandatory
