If you're someone who is patient, a good communicator, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests.- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.- Provide accurate and relevant information based on customer needs.- Record and update customer interactions in the internal CRM system.- Follow defined workflows and service protocols to resolve issues efficiently.- Work towards achieving set performance targets including call quality, response time, and resolution rate.Requirements:- 1 to 3 years of experience in a voice-based customer support role.- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed during -challenging conversations.- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools.- Availability to work 6 days a week in a fixed shift(Day Shift).
