As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students to provide information about our courses and assist them in the admission process. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing abilities and a persuasive attitude
Proficiency in telecalling techniques and sales strategies
Effective time management and organizational skills
Highly motivated and target-driven
Minimum 12th grade completed

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential students and provide detailed information about our courses and admission process
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
Maintain a database of prospective students and regularly follow up to convert leads into admissions
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made and students enrolled
Build and maintain good rapport with potential students through effective communication and persuasion skills
Assist students in the admission process by guiding them through the necessary documentation and requirements
Stay updated with the latest information about our courses, admission deadlines, and scholarship opportunities
Collaborate with the admissions team to organize and participate in recruitment events and fairs
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the telecalling process
