Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller in the International Travel Process at FlyUSTravels located in Mohali district. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing information about travel packages, and making bookings for customers. The role requires the candidate to work with international customers and provide best customer service experience. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette Good interpersonal skills and customer service experience Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required Basic computer skills, MS Office, and ability to navigate through different systems, websites, email etc. Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory Timing : Night Shift Salary : 25000/-
