Key Relationship Consultant - eMERaldz - Laminate Industry Location: Mumbai - Kurla LocationExperience: 2-5 years As a Key Relationship Consultant at Merino Industries, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth in the laminate and plywood industry. This role requires significant fieldwork, where you will actively meet with architects, contractors, and interior designers to promote our products and secure new business opportunities. Responsibilities:1. Keep an ongoing dialogue with enrolled IDs2. Enroll new IDs in explain eMERaldz program3. Become Single point of contact for eMERaldz program4. Drive sales through IDs5. Explain special and standard folder-based product line6. Try and meet direct customers as well wherever given an opportunity7. Create more avenues of local/national engagements througha. Personal Invites to Exhibitionsb. Focused meets at Display Centre (if available)c. Plant visits8. Warming up the interactions by repeat visits to IDs9. Facilitating folder requirements, customer interaction & selections, if desired by the ID10. All visits to the IDs will be followed basis define PJP monitored through tech app Qualifications:- Proven experience in the laminate or plywood industry, with a strong network of architects.- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via in-person meetings, calls, and emails.- Experience meeting with contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers to generate sales.- Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing sales deals.- Ability to listen to customer requirements and tailor presentations to suit project needs, alongside contractors and interior designers.- Solid understanding of business development and promotional strategies.- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork as part of client engagement and business development.If your expertise aligns with our vision, we invite you to join us at Merino.
