- Manage social media accounts and help with online presence enhancement.
- Coordinate with clients, legal professionals, and vendors as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
- Ensure smooth office operations by managing correspondence, scheduling, and other support activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good internet skills research, email handling, online tools, and social media management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in an administrative or back-office role (preferably in a legal environment) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree or relevant diploma.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative/back-office support.
- Prior experience in a legal firm is an advantage but not mandatory.
