SAP Basis - IT Business Services Consultant

• Prepare and share regular reports on incidents, problems, and customer forums using MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Support coordination of system checks, audits, and landscape hygiene follow-ups.
• Plan, manage, and support small projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Track project timelines, risks, and updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and documentation.
• Standardize documentation and workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Manage end-to-end coordination of customer visits (logistics, scheduling, content).
• Act as a link between operations and customer engagement teams.
• Maintain internal documentation (e.g., team wiki, trackers).
• Organize and orchestrate various meetings

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration or coordination role in a similar environment.

• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate project plans and status.

• Familiarity with SAP landscape monitoring, system documentation, and operational reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with reporting tools or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Solution Manager)
• Exposure to ITIL practices (especially incident, problem, and change management.
• Interest in learning and supporting continuous improvement
