Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be a key driver in collaborating across multiple critical outcomes, including successful product launches, actionable market insights, and identifying and executing on activities to increase market adoption.Key Responsibilities:
- Product messaging and positioning - Develop product messaging & positioning that resonates with internal stakeholders, customers, and differentiates our offering in the market.
- Content - Lead the content strategy & creation charter to develop top, mid, and bottom of funnel content for the offering.
- GTM enablement - Work with various teams to plan & execute programs that communicate value propositions, provide high-value sales tools, and focused training to help them excel.
- Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry/technology trends, and the competitors in the market.
- Product and feature adoption - Drive adoption of the offering amongst the customer base using various strategies and tactics including feature launches, support articles, webinars, website, and more.
- Evangelism - Serve as the primary advocate and go-to thought leader for the offering when engaging and influencing customers, partners, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Graduate degree with 8+ years prior experience in a similar position, with minimum 5 years experience in working with product marketing, competitive intelligence, or a related GTM role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Ability to understand complex technology and translate it into simple & easy marketing content.
- Proven experience in building marketing plans, buyer persona/ideal customer profile, and liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English - written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, across geographies; including top management, product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
