Job Description:As a Product Manager, you'll own the P&L for exciting, custom-built products for top Fortune 500 companies. These self-service apps range from performance monitoring to advanced analytics and are tailored to each client. You'll be part of the thrilling 0-to-1 journey, overseeing over 30+ products in development, with some already delivering 3x-5x ROI within their first year. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing support.
Work with client stakeholders to align product development roadmap with business objectives.
Implement the Agile Scrum process to develop custom products as part of client engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX, Business) to define product requirements, user stories, and user flows. Ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
Develop detailed documentation for technical/ non-technical stakeholders and end users.

Technical Oversight

Understand technical requirements and constraints, and work with engineering teams to define solution architecture and address technical challenges during build.
Leverage your technical expertise to guide project teams, resolve technical issues, and ensure the technical quality of deliverables.

Program Planning & Execution

Define program objectives, key deliverables, and success metrics.
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
Identify & communicate risks and issues; implement risk mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ADOPs).

Required Tech Stack

5 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
Experience working with design teams to develop UI/UX prototypes
Familiarity with front-end (e.g., HTML, CSS, React), back-end technologies (e.g., Python, APIs)
Exposure to cloud platforms & services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Required Non-Tech Stack

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
