Proficiency in GDS Systems such as Sabre and Amadeus (Mandatory skill) is crucial for effective booking and reservations.
Adept at using travel booking platforms like Expedia and Booking.com (Mandatory skill) to ensure seamless itinerary management.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Mandatory skill) to maintain and enhance client communications.
Ability to utilize social media marketing for travel industry to attract and engage with potential travelers.
Proficiency in itinerary planning software to craft comprehensive travel plans tailored to individual needs.
Foreign language proficiency is an added advantage for interacting with international clients and suppliers.
In-depth knowledge of travel insurance to advise clients on coverage options and secure appropriate policies.
Strong destination knowledge and cultural awareness to provide valuable insights and enhance travel experiences for clients.
