- Design & Development o Define and validate technical designs across .NET, Java, and AI frameworks. o Design AI/ML solutions for classification, prediction, NLP, and LLM-based use cases. o Evaluate solution options and recommend patterns to meet functional and non-functional requirements. o Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across platforms. • Technical Leadership o Guide and mentor cross-functional teams in code review, test quality, and performance optimization. o Drive experimentation and prototyping with AI/ML and NLP tools. • Project Delivery o Oversee end-to-end application development, including planning, estimation, development, integration, and deployment. o Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to define solution or product features. o Serve as a technical point of contact for client stakeholders. o Lead technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, and product demos. o Manage expectations, provide status updates, and ensure alignment across teams. • Change & Release Management o Support change control processes. o Ensure compliance, security, and audit requirements are met for all components, including AI solutions. • Service Management o Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field. • 8–12 years of experience in application development and production support. • Strong experience designing and delivering solutions on .NET, Java, and modern cloud platforms. • 2+ years of practical experience in AI/ML solution development, including NLP and/or LLM implementations. • Hands-on experience integrating AI models into enterprise applications. • Familiarity with MLOps practices and scalable AI deployment Certifications (Preferred): • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional • Azure AI Engineer Associate or AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or agile certification Skills & Attributes: • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, cloud services, and development best practices. • Strong understanding of AI/ML tools and NLP and LLM-based frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar. • Experience in application development and production support engagements • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
