Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
Drive sprint planning, daily scrum, tracking, and risk management activities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, system, and customer stakeholders
Monitor project KPIs, quality metrics, and ensure on-time delivery
Identify execution risks and define mitigation strategies
Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making
Coordinate release sign-off and prepare relevant artifacts
Support customer communication, status reporting, and escalations
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and development processes

Strong project management and leadership skills
Experience in automotive software development lifecycle
Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Risk management and stakeholder communication skills
Exposure to ADAS systems and perception technologies
Basic technical understanding of C++ and Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Desired Skills

Hands-on experience in C++ and Python development
Experience in ADAS perception modules (object detection, sensor fusion, camera/radar/lidar processing)
Exposure to AI/ML-based perception systems
Experience with automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262
Scrum master certification
Experience in working with global customers
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, DOORS, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Computer Science
8–12 years of experience in automotive software development
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project leadership role
