- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical equipment and machinery at client sites or remotely.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend lifespan.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner, utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, product development, and customer support to communicate service feedback and suggest improvements.
- Provide training and technical guidance to clients' staff to ensure proper use and care of the equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service capabilities.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining complex technical equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computer-based reporting systems.
- Flexibility to travel to client locations and adapt to varying working environments.
