Job Requirements:

15+ years of experience with performance testing, monitoring, analyzing, and tuning web applications and supporting infrastructure in Web and Mobile platforms.
Proven experience in leading engineers.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, developers, and stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members toward successful project outcomes.
Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to meticulous attention to detail during the execution of performance testing and comprehensive analysis of results.
Possess an inherent tenacity, showcasing an unwavering dedication to delve deeply into performance issues until the root cause is identified and effectively addressed.

Considerable experience in implementing CI/CD practices using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, and others to integrate performance testing seamlessly into development pipelines.
Proficiency in test management and test methodologies, applying a strategic approach aligned with organizational goals.
Hands-on experience in agile development, contributing to the dynamic and collaborative nature of agile teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail, ensuring effective resolution of complex issues.
