Resolve customer queries, handle returns/exchange escalations, and ensure a smooth and delightful experience 😎
Collaborate with operations, delivery, and warehouse teams to close the loop on customer requests
Escalate bugs, delays, or product issues clearly and proactively—serving as the ears on the ground
Contribute to building FAQs, feedback loops, and a strong customer experience playbook as we scale

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in customer support
Calm under pressure, quick and clear communicator (written & verbal)
Comfortable adopting a Gen Z-friendly tone—approachable, respectful, and engaging
Strong multitasking skills (handling chats, calls, and dashboards simultaneously)
Based in Mumbai and excited about working in a dynamic startup culture
Open to a 6-day work week in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
