- Collaborate with operations, delivery, and warehouse teams to close the loop on customer requests
- Escalate bugs, delays, or product issues clearly and proactively—serving as the ears on the ground
- Contribute to building FAQs, feedback loops, and a strong customer experience playbook as we scale
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support
- Calm under pressure, quick and clear communicator (written & verbal)
- Comfortable adopting a Gen Z-friendly tone—approachable, respectful, and engaging
- Strong multitasking skills (handling chats, calls, and dashboards simultaneously)
- Based in Mumbai and excited about working in a dynamic startup culture
- Open to a 6-day work week in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
