- Manage raw material and chemical inventories, production planning, and scheduling to optimize resource utilization.
- Supervise and lead production teams, ensuring proper training and performance management.
- Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot process-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and quality control to maintain consistent product quality and support process development.
- Implement and monitor HSE standards and ensure that all plant operations are compliant with industry and government regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and present to senior management.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure equipment reliability and availability.
- Strong knowledge of chemical process operations, batch and continuous production systems.
