We are currently looking for a Google Business Profile Expert in India.As a Google Business Profile Expert, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Google My Business listings with a strong focus on the US market. This position requires expertise in GMB verification methods, profile optimization, and ensuring accuracy across multiple listings. You will be responsible for maintaining brand visibility, boosting local search performance, and helping businesses enhance their online reputation. The role calls for adaptability, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working remotely with a global team, you will contribute directly to the growth of businesses by improving their digital presence while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based role.Accountabilities

Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and maximum visibility.
Handle GMB verification processes across different methods with efficiency and precision.
Monitor and maintain listings for updates, reviews, and engagement to strengthen brand reputation.
Collaborate with teams to ensure local SEO strategies align with broader business goals.
Adapt quickly to various software systems and tools to support business needs.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in online presence.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Google My Business, especially in the US market.
Strong knowledge of GMB verification processes and best practices.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong time management.
Skilled in adapting to different working environments and tools.
Minimum technical requirements:

Computer specs: Intel Core i7 (8th gen+) / i5 (10th gen+), AMD Ryzen 5/7/9 (3600+), or Apple M1/M2 with at least 12 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, and 2 GB graphics memory.
Internet: Primary connection with 25 Mbps+ upload and 40 Mbps+ download (jitter <10ms, latency <160ms).
Backup: Reliable secondary internet connection with similar performance.
Power: Backup capable of supporting an 8-hour shift (generators, solar, or inverters; UPS not sufficient).
