Product/ Portfolio Manager- ATM

• Run marketing campaigns with ATM as a channel in collaboration with MCC team
• Drive conversions on leads generated through ATMs in collaboration with Spectrum Channel
• Collaborate with Branches, Cluster Heads and Zonal Heads to drive cash deposits through CRM machines
• Collaborate with ADM channel to map high footfall branches and deploy ADM resources to target walk-in customers at ATMs
• Run rewards and recognition campaigns to drive closures on leads.
• Co-ordinate with Project team to deploy services on ATMs that will enhance user experience
• Drive cross sell of bank products through STP process deployed at ATMs
• Develop end to end processes from lead generation to closure with ability to track drop offs
• Co-ordinate with Spectrum to target drop of cases and lead them to conversion
• Should have knowledge of customer life cycle, self-service channels for running marketing campaigns
• Ensure tracking and review of all leads is done and effective controls are put in place to prevent drop offs
