- Lead end-to-end design, testing of fixes/enhancements and support of Oracle EPM applications.
- Assess the impact of the Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and patch deployments and coordinate required testing with business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance and planning teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective EPM solutions.
- Develop user documentation and deliver training to ensure effective adoption by business users.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders by providing guidance on Oracle EPM best practices and solution optimization.
- Design and develop planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build driver-based planning, workforce planning, and what-if scenario models
- Configure business rules, calculation scripts, and planning workflows
- Design and develop planning forms, dashboards, and Smart View reports
- Optimize performance, usability, and scalability of PBCS applications
- Configure and support consolidation processes including eliminations, currency translation, and journals
- Maintain FCCS metadata, security, and close calendars
- Assist with troubleshooting consolidation, data load, and close-related issues
- Provide ongoing production support and enhancements for planning & consolidation processes
- Support integration between PBCS and FCCS for aligned planning and actuals reporting
- Automate data loads, planning cycles and close related tasks
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM
- Experience with integrated planning and consolidation solutions
- Exposure to additional EPM modules like ARCS, Narrative Reporting, etc.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Well versed with configurations, custom fields and fast formulas with strong understanding of integration with other Fusion applications and third party systems.
- Experience developing business rules, calculations and Smart View reporting
- Experience with Data Management, integration and automation
- Strong Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
