Job Title :IT Business Systems Analyst NetSuite (Finance)Location: Pune, IndiaJob BriefWe are growing our team in Pune and looking for a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst.In this role, you will work closely with finance teams and IT teams. You will help improve how finance work is done using NetSuite and other tools.If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and making systems better, this role is for you.Responsibilities

Understand finance processes like R2R (Record to Report) and S2P (Source to Pay)
Study current NetSuite systems and find ways to improve them
Talk to business users and gather their needs
Write simple and clear requirements for technical teams
Work with different teams to deliver the right solutions
Take part in Agile meetings like sprint planning and reviews
Help with testing (UAT) to make sure solutions work well
Support users during and after system changes
Use tools like Jira to track tasks and progress
Help train users and guide them through changes

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Good knowledge of NetSuite and finance systems
Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, S2P)
Experience with SaaS tools like NetSuite, Adaptive, or Blackline
Knowledge of Agile ways of working
Good at writing requirements and solving problems
Experience using Jira or similar tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Willing to learn and grow
