Role Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced consulting environment. This role involves supporting and executing marketing and business development strategies, conducting research, lead generation, and assisting with client outreach and events.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and communication campaigns.- Coordinate development of marketing materials and digital/social media content.- Conduct global market research and analysis for business expansion.- Create and maintain databases of prospective clients and industry contacts.- Identify, research, and qualify new leads through online sources (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).- Lead Generation- Perform outbound calling and email campaigns to engage prospects.- Support the organization of events, webinars, conferences, and BD-related activities.- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve business development goals.- Maintain accurate records and support in admin-related activities for BD.Required Skills & Competencies:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in conducting online research and using CRM tools- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively- Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills- Flexible and open to travel for client meetings and events- Prior experience in a sales-target environment is an added advantageEducational Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing- Past work experience in a target oriented sales environment (will be preferred) (ref:updazz.com)
