Job descriptionKey Responsibilities ☼◦O Maintenance & Reliability Execute and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance for all production and utility equipment (extruders, blenders, cooling tunnels, packing lines, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation issuesto minimize downtime. Maintain and update the maintenance tracker / CMMS, ensuring accuracy and timely PM completion. Conduct Root Cause Analysis(RCA) for breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions. Projects & Technical Support Support the Plant Head in installation and commissioning of new machines and line modifications. Coordinate with OEMs and vendorsfor AMC visits,spare part planning, and technical audits. Drive energy efficiency, cost optimization, and processimprovement initiatives. 5†-_5 Compliance & Safety Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety, GMP, and statutory standards. Maintain strong compliance with ISO, GMP, and FSSAI audit requirements. +Team Development Lead and train techniciansto build in-house capability and adherence to SOPs. Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving.Job requirements
