- The role ensures that services related to day-to-day operation across functions like Real Estate, Procure to Pay, APA, Capex and Supply chain management are performed diligently and accurately. He also needs to support Head of Vantage Operation in various other functions smooth delivery and driving various initiatives. This includes balance sheet reconciliations, operational & ICFR control effectiveness, Governance of internal controls frameworks, resolution of operational issues,
- This role will strategically work very closely with Local markets Head of Finance Operations, Finance Business Partners and Head of SCM to rationalize business operation and standardization of process across functions to have bigger activities penetration in VOIS
Oversee Real Estate and Lease Accounting, ensuring accurate balance sheet ownership and risk/opportunity analysis.
Collaborate with Head of Finance Operations to define accounting policies and judgments.
Promote process efficiency and challenge existing practices.
Manage SCM delivery and master data with strong compliance to DOA policies.
Lead cross-functional initiatives in SCM and Category Management, acting as a financial process consultant.Controls & ComplianceMaintain a robust internal control framework, adapting to evolving business needs.
Partner with Vantage Control to define and operate relevant controls.
Lead statutory audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Govern internal audits and collaborate with assurance teams for effective compliance and control closure.Business PartneringWork closely with Finance, Lease, and SCM leaders to support strategic initiatives.
Drive transformation projects with Vantage and enhance finance COE models.
Translate local market needs into actionable plans for FSSC teams.
Facilitate regular governance meetings to resolve issues and strengthen stakeholder relationships.System PerformanceIdentify and escalate system-related risks; support resolution and transformation efforts with IT.
Champion digitization and process improvements to boost service efficiency.Team LeadershipLead a diverse team of 85+ professionals across functions.
Oversee resource planning, recruitment, and team development.
Build a high-performing, future-ready workforce through coaching, training, and succession planning.

- Leadership experience of managing teams distributed across multiple functions, and can work with very senior management leadership
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to add value to operating teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure; accelerate pacing of actions; collaborate for a dynamic daily management system.

- Experience working in a matrixed environment and a multi-cultural environment and can navigate thru various blockers to deliver
- Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA) with 15 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting of a global organization
- Experience in a project management, functional/dotted line/matrix/cross locational team management is desirable
- A sound understanding of the absolute necessity of compliance with policies, standards and the criticality of an effective controls framework
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, functions, and regions.
