Overview:We’re looking for a seasoned Motion Graphic - Specialist with 7+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, and digital content creation. This role is central to developing dynamic visuals that bring campaigns to life for a Fortune 50 client, primarily in the CPG, QSR, and Alcohol/Beverage sectors.The ideal candidate will excel in motion graphics and video production, with 3D design skills (Cinema 4D or Blender) as a strong added advantage. Knowledge of print design workflows will also be valued for integrated campaign delivery. Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for campaigns, social content, and video projects.
Edit and produce polished video content, including transitions, sound syncing, and branded effects.
Create 3D animations and product renders (Cinema 4D or Blender) to support POS, activations, and storytelling.
Develop digital assets for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Support integrated marketing campaigns with print-ready materials such as displays, menus, and posters.
Ensure high-quality execution that aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.
Package, organize, and archive project assets for publishing and production.
Contribute to creative brainstorming, pitch decks, and workflow enhancements.

Deliverables:

Motion graphics and video assets for major campaigns and product launches.
POS and in-store promotional visuals (animated/static).
3D renderings and activations (value-add).
Print-ready files for retail promotions.
Digital-first content published via platforms like Relayto.

Quality Indicators:

Consistent, on-time delivery with minimal revisions.
Strong visual storytelling across multiple formats.
Alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Positive internal and client feedback.

Strategic Contribution:

Recommend workflow and process improvements.
Develop reusable animation libraries and templates.
Identify and resolve design/technical issues proactively.
Mentor junior designers and freelancers when needed.
Bring creative thinking to pitches and client presentations.

Qualifications:

7+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with 3D design and rendering (Cinema 4D or Blender as a plus).
Strong command of storytelling, typography, and design principles.
Understanding of print design workflows and production standards.
Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized.
Strong collaboration and self-management skills across multiple projects.
