Position Title:Systems Analysis Manager - HIH - EvernorthPosition Overview:CuraScript SD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Manager to join its technology team. This generalist role will technology SMEs focused on end to end solution delivery from functional and technical requirements to development and deployment - including security and infrastructure needs.The ideal candidate a generalist background in end to end solution delivery within the SAP S4 HANA Cloud ERP ecosystem. Candidate will have a understanding understanding of the relationships between multiple SAP S4/HANA cloud modules: OTC, Vistex, SC, SD, SP, MM and FICO along with configuration and development.Leadership:

Adopt and manage existing delivery methodology based on EverNorth Enterprise Operating Model
Proactively guide, coach, reward, and discipline employees
Ensure clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
Defines team/individual objectives, monitor progress, and evaluate outcome

Responsibilities:

Work with TPOs, functional SMEs, Engineering SMEs, and security SMEs on estimating cost/effort for assigned enhancement and project tasks
Work with architects and CTPO's to align solutions to delivery roadmap
Understand the interaction and relationship of business operations, business processes, and supported system applications
Partner with Program Governance and Delivery teams on the prioritization of demand delivery across work streams
Oversee the creation of functional and technical designs deliverables (business, functional, non-functional, technical, data security, etc.)
Ensure solutions align with data governance policies, configuration and development standards
Monitor, review, and approve change control (transports/Charms) and validation documentation
Assign and prioritize project and enhancement tasks among business analysts; deploy available resources to meet project deadlines and respond to business enhancement priorities.

Skills:

Have an understanding of technology delivery in SAP using IMG/SPRO, ABAP, Solution Manager, Security, and BASIS.
High degree of decision making capability, and work independently, sometimes with minimal direction
Relationship building: ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner
Managing team performance against goals/objectives
Fostering a culture of collaborating and teamwork
Experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at all levels
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills

Overall Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or applicable field of study, or equivalent related work experience
11+ years of experience in business analysis and configuration
11+ years of team management experience
5+ years of experience with SAP S4/HANA solutions
