  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with potential candidates and build professional networks.
  • The ability to source talent using various recruitment channels and tools is essential for this role to ensure a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Experience or knowledge in resume screening to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Relationship management skills are required to nurture candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is needed for data management and to assist in reporting recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Time management skills are crucial to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to support onboarding processes and ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
  • An eagerness to learn and develop in recruitment practices, with a keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Mandatory Language Proficiency: Hindi and Kannada is a must + Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam is good to have
  • Assist recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various platforms, including social media and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support HR and recruitment teams by coordinating interviews and managing communication with candidates.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant job boards and platforms.
  • Engage with candidates to facilitate a positive recruitment experience and reinforce the company's employer brand.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process and candidate outreach strategies.
