- Welcome and assist visitors while maintaining a positive and professional environment.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with efficiency and courtesy.
- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and presentable.
- Regularly update QC data in the ERP system.
- Plan and oversee product sampling activities with proper documentation and quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of labeling and sampling.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of phone policy records.
- Provide administrative support across internal departments as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to schedule and manage sampling requirements.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and industry regulations regarding labeling and sampling.
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in front desk, administration, or quality support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
