We are looking for a dynamic Service Engineer to support customers by handling product-related queries, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, and delivering excellent service support in the field.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and resolve customer issuesMaintain and service onsite equipmentHandle complaints and ensure timely resolutionCommunicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teamsRecommend product improvements and additional solutionsSupport customers through technical and administrative activitiesRequired Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of Electrical & ElectronicsUnderstanding of Welding & Cutting / Industrial EquipmentField sales exposure in machinery/automation preferredProblem-solving and negotiation skillsWillingness to travelAdditional Requirements:Basic awareness of ISO 9001:2015Team player with adaptability and customer-focused approach
