Role: Reliance Carbon Fiber Operations - Day Superintendent - UtilitiesEducation: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical EngineeringExperience: 5 to 10 yearsJob Description:1. Deployment of daily resources as per plan & guide lines from manager based on agreed production plan.2. Daily reporting (MIS) and booking of achieved out-put (WIP), quality, efficiencies and yields along with the analysis of plant performance.3. Assist in manpower resource planning (regular & contract manpower).4. Daily Participation in the frame of " GAMBA" walk.5. Involvement in Task force / Problem solving team activities for improving opeartions.6. OTIF (On budget & Quality).7. Identify & implement actions to eliminate bottlenecks.Preferred Experience:1.Professional having 'Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputed university preferably with mechanical engineering & a proven track record in the respective field.2. 5 to 10 years of working experience on shop floor of various Utility generation & supply system.3. Experience of working in a department having continuous processes and 24/7 shift rotation with cross functional team members.4. Exposures in dealing with Nitrogen systems5. Exposures / basic knowledge of World Class Manufacturing / OMS.6. Exposures in IMS / ISO system
