Monitor & improve established process conditions to accomplish consistency.2. Help manager to develop, implement & enhance process monitoring philosophy.3. Help to execute product & process development trial & tests along with CFT.4. Support customer claim / claim investigation & resolution.5. Support operation team in ensuring to achieve the operational targets as defined.6. Ensure daily technical analysis of process performance along with corrective actions.7. Assist operation team to evaluate the management of change8. Generation & sharing MISPreferred Experience:1. Professional having 'Masters / Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university having a proven track record in the respective field.2. 8 to10 years of working experience in technology function of manmade fiber manufacturing, preferably in acrylic fiber industry.3. Specific exposures in manmade /acrylic fiber technology.4. Exposures and network in acrylic fiber, CF and composite community (academic and professional)5.
