Opportunity Identification & Market StrategyProspect and qualify business in Smart City projects across digital infrastructure segments such as surveillance, energy management, IoT, smart lighting, water treatment, and integrated systems.
Monitor Smart City tenders, government RFPs, and relevant digital infra procurements. Formulate compelling value propositions tailored to public-private partnerships and government objectives.Stakeholder Engagement & PartnershipsBuild and nurture relationships with municipal corporations, Smart City SPVs, urban authorities, technology partners, and funding agencies (e.g., IFIs).
Attend industry forums, Smart City summits, and digital infrastructure conclaves to position the company as a preferred digital infra partner.Project Structuring & Deal ExecutionDesign and negotiate project models including EPC, PPP, BOT, revenue-sharing or annuity structures.
Work on funding strategies and engage with lenders or investors to support project viability.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as the bridge between BD strategy, solution engineering, finance, legal, and delivery teams.
Ensure smooth handover post-contract award and provide strategic inputs during project execution.Strategic Insights & Market IntelligenceMap competitor offerings, analyze policy frameworks (Smart City Mission, regulatory guidelines), and offer market trend analysis to leadership.
Drive internal knowledge sessions to share Smart City & digital infra best practices.
