Assist in planning and executing site construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural work, and utilities installations.
Conduct fortnightly review meetings with stakeholders.Site Supervision:
Oversee daily on-site civil works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.Contractor & Vendor Management:
Coordinate with contractors and vendors daily to ensure efficient execution of site activities and timely availability of materials.Quality Assurance:
Monitor the quality of materials used and ensure construction processes adhere to the highest standards.
Conduct quality checks and address any non-compliance issues.Safety & Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a safe working environment for all personnel. Bill Verification & Approval
Check running bills of contractors against measurements of actual work done and perform reconciliation.Key Skills & Competencies:
