We are looking to recruit Senior Associates and/or Principal Associates with 4-8 years of PQE. The candidate should have worked with top-tier or litigation boutiques on a variety of commercial litigation matters. The position is based in Benglauru, but we are open to consider candidates who have experience in other cities. The firm specializes in a wide range of areas including Commercial and Contractual Disputes, Real Estate Matters, Arbitration, and White Collar Crimes. The firm has extensive experience in handling high-stake matters for a variety of clients including mining and real estate companies, large conglomerates, public sector companies, and more. The associates will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, and communicating with clients and external parties. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Excellent knowledge of Indian Laws and regulations. Demonstrated expertise in legal research, analysis, and drafting legal briefs and pleadings. Experience in representing clients in court and during negotiations, and working with other legal professionals and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team of junior associates.
