○ Deliver in-depth, practical training sessions on Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, Website Design & Development (WordPress-focused), E-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce), and Media Planning.
○ Ensure hands-on exposure to dashboards, tools, and real-world scenarios.
○ Adapt teaching methods to suit varying learning levels and batch dynamics.● Student Coaching & Career Readiness:
○ Coach students on placement preparation, career strategy, resume building, portfolio development, and mock interviews.
○ Provide structured interview feedback and mentorship to build confidence.
○ Support students in overcoming placement anxiety and performance challenges.● Student Progress Monitoring:
○ Track and analyse attendance, assignment submissions, internship progress, and placement outcomes.
○ Provide timely interventions to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
○ Leverage feedback, CSAT, and NPS data to enhance the student experience.● Assessment & Academic Quality:
○ Design and evaluate MCQs, pre-tests, post-tests, and practical assessments, especially for performance marketing modules.
○ Maintain accurate records of classroom sessions, learning resources, and student performance insights.● Events, Industry & Batch Engagement:
○ Participate in orientations, mock interviews, project presentations, industry masterclasses, and super sessions.
○ Support planning and execution of student events and experiential learning initiatives.
○ Engage with industry professionals and contribute to jury panels and mentoring sessions as required.● Collaboration & Operations:
○ Work closely with program managers for scheduling, academic teams for curriculum alignment, placement and outreach teams for career outcomes, and tech teams for reports, CRM, automation, and dashboards.
○ Use operational tools and ticketing systems to ensure effective issue resolution and workflow management.● Additional Duties:
○ Ensure high standards of student engagement and learning outcomes across batches.
○ Contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies and curriculum delivery.
○ Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.RequirementsWho You Are:
● Must-Have:
○ 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing training, coaching, or teaching.
○ Strong command of performance marketing metrics, tools, and platforms.
○ Excellent communication skills with confidence in classroom and group delivery.
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
○ Empathy, patience, and the ability to manage diverse student profiles.
○ Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for teaching and digital marketing, with a specific interest in performance marketing.
○ High discipline, punctuality, and a strong ownership mindset.
○ Passion for teaching and building student careers.● Should Have:
○ Experience in handling student success initiatives or placement readiness programs.
○ Familiarity with academic assessments, curriculum delivery, and student engagement strategies.● Nice to Have:
○ Agency-side performance marketing experience.
