Roles & Responsibilities:
  • To ensure Reliability of Tire Building Equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities by implementing GPS - RE methodology.
  • Responsible for driving a crew of mechanical technician, Asst Manager Mechanical, Senior Officer Mechanical.
  • Analysis of shift breakdown through why and RCFA.
  • Implementation of good Countermeasures on breakdown.
  • Shift management of mechanical team.
  • Able to achieve reliability goals by improvement in MTTR & MTBF.
  • Coordination within the Business Center with production and quality team to achieve plant's goal.
  • Identity obsolete equipment's parts and its plan to upgrade.
  • Repeated issues analysis and improvement activities
Responsible for waste controls, spare parts management & engineering cost control. * Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Ability to handle project work especially upgrade of tire building machines.
  • Must have good knowledge of VMI tire building machines and Steelastic cutter machines.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering with min experience of 13 - 15 years in tire building area.
