Department: Service / Technical Support / OperationsJob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated T.R.C to manage technical repair activities, coordinate service operations, troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure smooth execution of field and in-house technical tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle service-related responsibilities efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, batteries, solar products, inverters, and related equipment.Coordinate repair and maintenance work with internal teams and field technicians.Handle installation support, product testing, and service requests.Monitor complaint tickets and ensure timely closure of customer issues.Maintain service records, repair reports, and spare parts inventory.Support customers with basic troubleshooting guidance over phone or on-site.Ensure all repairs and services are completed as per quality standards.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.Work closely with sales and operations teams for customer satisfaction.Follow safety procedures and company technical guidelines.Required QualificationsDiploma in Electrical EngineeringITI (Electrician / Wireman / Relevant Trade)B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Related Stream)Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.Basic understanding of solar systems, inverters, batteries, and wiring.Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.Good communication and coordination skills.Problem-solving and analytical mindset.Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.Ability to travel for field service if required.ExperienceFreshers can apply.Experienced candidates in service, maintenance, or electrical repair will be preferred.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryIncentive OpportunitiesTraining & Career GrowthTravel Allowance (if applicable)Meal / Accommodation support as per policyWhy Join Us?Join a growing renewable energy company where your technical skills will contribute to innovation, customer satisfaction, and career development.
