- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest feedback.
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, maintaining a high level of teamwork and communication.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes served, adhering to high culinary standards.
- Maintain an organized and sanitized cooking environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure kitchen efficiency.
- Stay informed about current culinary trends and techniques specific to Italian cuisine.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie, specializing in Italian cuisine.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with a passion for mentoring team members.
- Thorough understanding of food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to relocate to Democratic Republic of Congo ( DRC)
