Understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel packages, itineraries, and services.
Promote domestic and international travel products (flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, etc.).
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, provide quotations, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales transactions in CRM/software.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa rules, and airline/hotel offers.
Work with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Upsell additional services like travel insurance, sightseeing, and upgrades.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience in travel industry (B2C segment preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
