The role is a hybrid of strategic outreach, stakeholder management, and revenue accountability. This individual will act as the face of the brand in the region, working closely with temple partners to drive adoption, satisfaction, and monetization.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage partnerships with temples, spiritual institutions, and key regional stakeholdersEstablish and maintain regular communication and in-person touchpoints with partner templesOwn the full lifecycle of regional partner accounts-from onboarding to relationship deepening and revenue growthDrive strategic problem-solving and resolve issues, especially in escalated or sensitive scenariosEnsure revenue targets from temple partnerships are met or exceededRepresent the company on-ground and maintain a strong pulse on partner needs and sentimentEnsures efficient project execution and partner delivery to support margin goals and P&L impact.Key Deliverables:Net Temples Added: Growth in number of temples onboardedNet Revenue Added: Revenue generated from regional partnershipsTemple Churn Rate: Retention of partner temples over timeTemple NPS: Partner satisfaction and advocacyCrisis Resolution TAT: Responsiveness in managing escalationsWhat We're Looking For:3-7 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business developmentProven track record in field-based stakeholder engagement, preferably in culturally complex or relationship-led sectorsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguityFamiliarity or affinity with Indian spiritual/cultural institutions is a significant plusWillingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.Share your CV at sachin.dasar@appsforbharat.com for a quick turnaround!
