- Engage with customers and develop customized category driving solutions thus driving value
- Plan and execute brand building activities and create bespoke brand programs for
- Ensure each account is activated as per the contract commitments.
- Align the activity calendar with the customers, clusters and the Key Account Manager.
- Capture the imagination of customers and consumers with stories of our brands.
- Achieve plan for the agreed outlet universe, with consistent tracking and evaluation.
- Implement a clear measurement and evaluation process that identifies the effectiveness of
- Maximize ROI and maintain compliance to agreed trading terms
- Leading the training agenda for the luxury customer universe for the region through Diageo
- Ensure the team is aligned for execution of the planned activation calendar.
- Tracks the monthly performance of each account and plans course correction with the
- Holds quarterly business review of accounts.
- Coordinate with design agency and brand team to develop bespoke creative and menu’s.
- Work with agencies to execute timely promotions and activations.
- POS placement in outlets, managing visibility in offtrade and ontrade and has to work in partnership with key accounts team and cluster teams on all aspects of the accounts
- Ensuring drive cycle achievement and overall TTL budget management
- Process adherence as per TTL policy
