- Drives and monitors NPS and CXI measures along the E2E customer journey.
- Creates transparent and open environment for quality culture together with management.
- Gives guidance that risks are identified, considered and controlled throughout the design and the use of the Quality Management system.
- Creates real-time transparency for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.
- Cooperate with the QE of the project of lots and other functions, e.g. environmental protection, health, and safety at work, and guide the Quality Engineer of partners to achieve the overall Quality Strategy
- Trains employees in a specific quality area.
- Drives innovative digital solutions to improve quality by thinking outside of the box, coaching and fostering the application of creativity methods.
- Coaches team members of agile/lean projects or even leads agile projects e.g. as a SCRUM master.
- Reports quality status, quality incidents, and root-cause-analysis in coordination with the QMiP to the Project Director based on determined KPIs, key figures, and specified characteristics. Communicate quality targets to all people affected or involved
- Ensures, implements and assesses quality-related standards and legal requirements in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.
- Coordinates a group of quality-related staff without leading the team.
- Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinates continuous improvement actions for all phases of the project. Ensure good practice sharing and feedback of experience e.g. through continuous improvement workshops (esp. lessons learned) and project assessments.
- Ensure that quality for site activities is properly managed by the concerned lots during installation and T&C (non-conformity, corrective actions, closure…), including follow-up of the needed actions.
- Ensure the required quality level of the project-specific supply chain (internal & external) with a focus on specifications and interface definitions. This includes the application of supplier-related procedures, such as selection, qualification, development, integration, supervision, and auditing.
- A specific emphasis on the achievement of excellent quality on-site during installation and Testing.
- The Quality Engineer is driving the quality of the site activities.
- Supplier quality management by involvement in procurement process, supplier assessments/audits, inspections.
- Monitoring manufacturing quality to ensure high quality products are delivered, review of manufacturer quality plan, inspection/test plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within Electrical or Infrastructure projects.
- Metro, Railway experience is a plus.
- Solid work experience in mega projects in the field of QM
- Practical knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001, and 45001 is highly appreciated.
- Proven track records and work experience in quality management
- Monitoring site quality for large and complex electromechanical work.
- Work with international Companies.
