Job Title Senior Quality Assurance EngineerJob DescriptionRequired experience (in years): 10+ yearsRequired Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalentTasks & Responsibilities (Daily activities):As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and improve the quality and process adherence of projects in execution at Vanderlande. This by (among other activities), auditing and performing milestone and deliverable checks for projects in execution. You create clear overviews /dashboards with findings, observations and report those towards your stakeholders. Based on reports and trends, it is your task to identify, discuss and implement process improvements. You will actively take the lead in this and work in close cooperation with cross functional team and line management.You also proactively monitor & follow up the different Vanderlande quality reporting tools and systems. You are the point of contact and liaise with different departments and report on regular basis with the relevant stake holders.Furthermore, you have an eye for continuous improvement and are able to spot opportunities with respect to cost/lead time reduction and increased efficiency.Core tasks

Perform project execution Milestone Checks
Perform adherence & quality audits
Point of contact / Linking pin between projects, technology & supply team
Reporting/Dashboarding of various process & quality KPIs
Identify and implement improvements (Process Map)
Train/Support the respective teams using Project Portal/KPI/omnitracker, etc.
Align with business improvement managers who own & maintain the process map on the corporate level
Align with the Vanderlande QA community on the use of corporate data and quality systems

Profile

Strong knowledge of the total product & project life cycle and a good understanding of Quality Systems and Standards used in engineering and project execution/management environment
Able to analyze data and define root cause
Good presentation and reporting skills
Have a helicopter view and be able to dig into details
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are proactive and take initiative
Familiar with change management
You are persistent and know how to deal with resistance
Awareness of project management practices and experience in using Project Management tools
Sound understanding of project delivery life cycle
You are flexible and creative
