- Data analysis for MOD T Potential - HOT, warm leads ,Cold calling, Hot leads - customer visit.
- Modernization Transformation Sales will be responsible for revenue generation by proposing and procuring transforming/modernization of existing Schindler products and being constantly focused on 'Customer Satisfaction'.
- Collecting leads and market information about potential customers - Approaching such establishments (residential or commercial) with elevators looking for modernization.
- Auditing existing equipment and determining on retention of components and gauging financial viability
- Makes the sales pitch.
- Commercial negotiations and order finalization
- Collection of payments
- Preparation of Quotation in SHAPE, Technical layout reading.
- Coordination for booking orders, milestones ,material at site ,ready for SAIS follow-up and Collection follow-ups.
- MIS Reports for reviews
- Coordinating with the internal stakeholders like the warehouse team, payment collection team, service team.
- At least having 3+ years of experience into technical sales, preferably from an MNC dealing into building material/ heavy equipment industry/ Institutional sales / Projects sales etc
- Candidate with good understanding of on Technical front ,having and understanding of manpower planning, capacity planning & forecasting
- Should be a strategic thinker, and good interpersonal skills
- Candidate with good understanding of portfolio management, price, contract fulfillment, efficiency.
- Should have strong understanding application of the safety and health guidelines.
- Good to have are- knowledge of P&L and local language
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)
