- Provide technical and logistical support to ARC Nurseries to ensure optimal plant growth and development.
- Implement measures for the hardening of tissue culture plantlets to improve their resilience and adaptability to field conditions.
- Facilitate and promote the adoption of Apical Rooted Cutting (ARC) techniques for potato seed production through training and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate all activities related to seed production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure efficient and successful seed production cycles.
- Comply with national and international health and safety laws, regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture/Horticulture or related fields.
- Field Experience related agriculture
- Experience in working with rural community.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Agriculture related fields
- Verbal and Writing skills in Odia, Hindi is must.
