- Proven sales leadership experience in premium brands or adjacent industries such as home automation, architectural products, or high-end building materials, with a strong record of closing high-value deals.
- Well-established network with real estate developers, architects, and designers; comfortable navigating the luxury ecosystem and its buying dynamics.
- Strong customer experience orientation with the ability to engage and influence HNIs and premium clients through consultative, value-led selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, with a sharp understanding of luxury market expectations.
