  • Collaborate deeply with Marketing, Operations, Product, CRM, and HR to ensure seamless alignment and enable sales success.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team with a strong focus on vision clarity, continuous improvement, and a culture of trust and recognition.

  • Strong customer experience orientation with the ability to engage and influence HNIs and premium clients through consultative, value-led selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, with a sharp understanding of luxury market expectations.
