We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Merchandise Operations Management (MOM) Specialist with a strong background in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Oracle Retail MOM Suite and a deep understanding of Retail Merchandise System (RMS), as well as RIB/RESA/RWMS/RPM modules. The candidate should possess the ability to translate design mockups and prototypes into functional application designs. Responsibilities: Utilize expertise in the retail industry to support the implementation of Oracle Retail MOM Suite. Configure and customize Oracle RMS and other relevant modules (RIB/RESA/RWMS/RPM) to meet business requirements. Translate design mockups and prototypes into comprehensive application designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive process design and transformation initiatives. Lead business requirements management, gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate communication between users, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe product features, and communicate technical designs effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field 3-10 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on merchandise operations management. Proven experience working with Oracle Retail MOM Suite, including RMS, RIB, RESA, RWMS, and RPM modules. Strong understanding of retail business processes and workflows. Experience in translating design mockups and prototypes into functional application designs. Demonstrated expertise in process design and transformation initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with users, technical teams, and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
